1: What was the objective behind your collaboration? We were looking for an agency who could help us with the rebranding of our brand Molco, already 15 years ago. Molco is an A-brand which is very well known in the Foodservice, Retail & Bakerymarket. A divers customer portfolio. We organized a pitch which was also attended by TrueAgency. TrueAgency convinced us with their proposals and understood completely what we were looking for. They developed a new branding guideline, which was complete from packaging, to fotoshoots, to POS, to logo usage,… In the meanwhile TrueAgency is our partner, a truly foodpartner who understands our needs but also knows the needs of the customer/consumers and knows how to match this. TrueAgency is our complete communication partner for most of our brands as well as on productmarketing side as activation. And we can truly also rely on them for the development of trade fair booths, brainstormsessions, trends, public relations,….. 2: What did you find most impressive about them? TrueAgency knows the foodmarket very well and they understand our needs and the customer/consumer needs. In this way they know exactly what we are talking about and fully meet our demands (and also these of our customers).They also challenge us and keep a close eye on guidelines In order that we don’t move from our brandvalues (as marketeers sometimes try to freewheel a bit ). They are a great sparring partner and projects are handled in a quick, efficient and correct way. Their big network with several Foodcompanies make them also into a strong partner, allways investing in themselves and others to make sure customers are receiving the best service & results.

1: What was the objective behind your collaboration? When looking for an agency we wanted to find a ‘one stop shop’. An agency with a personal approach but above all, an agency with different competences. A branding, interior and the concept experience which all have an important connection. 2: What did you find most impressive about them? What really helped us was the strategic starting point and the necessary questions in order to finalize our idea. What does the brand stands for? For which target group are we working? Where do we want to stand in 5 years? ... This led to clear choices! And all, with a clear business mindset.
