We custom build all our sites on WordPress or Native. We use the style guides, the wireframes and visuals we have produced to build a pixel perfect website. We don't use themes.

Stage 03. eCommerce:
We make taking your shop online a breeze, and easily updated by you. Using WooCommerce we build your beautifully designed web shop into a powerful online marketplace. Integrations such as Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay allow your customers to pay you in their preferred way.

Stage 04. Website Hosting:

Our branding process is focussed around understanding your company and your people. It's a super straightforward exercise which we've refined through our experience and expertise. We cut out all the distractions and get to the heart of your personality, developing a brand or set of brand systems which perfectly reflects who you are.

How a brand project works:
Undertaking a branding project, or a rebrand, is a big commitment and it can even be quite daunting. We like to think our brand design process is straight forward and a joy to manage. There's no long corporate workshops or boring questionnaires that barely scratch the surface. Instead we focus on conversation, usually over a coffee or a beer.

Stage 01. Discovery:
Discovery is the single most important stage of the process. It is where we learn about your company culture, what your goals are and your competitors.

Stage 02. Response :
We use the research and feedback from the discovery to help mould and influence our responses. You are provided with different options, all taking a slightly different route to your end goal.

Stage 03. Refinement:
From the rough outlines of the responses we develop a refined concept. We gather further feedback to help shape the concept, injecting some colour and subtle delightful features along the way.

Stage 04. Systems:
Your brand is strongest when supported by the right forms of collateral. We explore ways to extend your brand and the personality it encapsulates, through bespoke iconography, tone of voice and photography.

Stage 05. Execution:

To understand the goals you're trying to achieve, we ask the right questions. Whether you're looking to build for growth, investment or for an exit, we utilise an open dialogue to help set objectives for projects.

Stage 03 -> Simple, effective communication:
As an agency we make use of lots of technology. We believe in simple and straight forward talking, that's why we implement a private Slack channel for every project and you are able to communicate directly with your creative, digital or accounts director. Keeping you in control and in the loop.

Stage 04 -> A super concise and effective design process:
We involve you at every step of the way and explain all of our design decisions to you. We want you to understand why we feel our approach is the best for you and we want you to believe in that approach too.
Whilst we're developing your new website you'll be able to keep up with the progress via a private subdomain allowing for a comprehensive feedback service.

Stage 05 -> Commercially minded, post launch relationship:

Stage 06 -> Responsiveness:
We define how the application will display on each size screen. This ensures good user experience across a variety of screen sizes and devices.
