Red Dot Films was founded in the state of Qatar in 2010. It was one of the first few privately owned Films Production houses in Qatar. In the past years, we have researched, studied and filmed every aspect of the country and have been closely related to several fields. Within these years, it has a presence in Los Angeles, Berlin, Kuala Lumpur, Cairo, and Mumbai, with a head office in Doha. It is soon opening a new production house in Muscat. We currently employ 48 technical and creative people globally. We are physically present in Qatar, and we operate a Film Production Company in Doha. We live and breathe the culture and the traditions, and we are part of the country. We have access to the fundamental insights of people in Qatar. We know what they want, think, feel, and expect. It makes a huge difference being immersed in Qatar’s everyday life to know precisely about it. Our presence in Qatar allows us to cover all cultural, promotional and business events in the country at all times. Our vast experience and the presence of a highly experienced in-house crew enable us to make films of International quality at the shortest of notice. This helps us build a more vital, more prosperous library with the best quality standards and a unified visual branding film style that can be used as required. Quality in the productions we deliver is paramount and a critical factor in the DNA of Red Dot Films. Production value comes in second to none. Some of the following considerations maintain our quality: All directors and directors of photography used in our productions are always of an international level and the majority of the time award winners in their fields. Pre-production meetings are very detailed. Every aspect of the production is discussed and approved before the production commences. Our production teams have many years of locally and internationally experience, ensuring the best possible production values. All shooting crews and equipment are sourced by Red Dot Films and partners who have been tried and tested year after year of great success. We use world-class post-production teams and facilities to ensure the end product has the finest finishing without compromise. Red Dot Films has been producing for many years, and we are more than familiar with the terrain in which we make, ensuring that every one of our productions is of the highest quality and an international standard.

Red Dot Films has been in the production of animation for many years. It has produced many 3D and 2D works. It has a skilled animation, graphics and compositing team, while it has produced animated series, short films, in addition to educational, awareness and information materials.

Most of the work done by Red Dot Films contain graphic elements. This is obvious, as the company certainly always takes into account the presented visual identity, and all branding elements remain clear to customers and viewers. Photo editing is an important job. It comes with animating logos and providing visualizations and graphics packages for anything that the company produce, while this is depending on special skills in motion graphics.

Currently, Red Dot Films is the biggest Film Equipment Rental house in Qatar and has a huge inventory of latest Digital Cinema, ENG, and 4K Cameras. We rent out professional Lights and Grips and have an inventory of the latest Film Lightings. It have been Line Producing for many Film Production Houses in the country as well as International Film Production Houses coming to Qatar. Red Dot Films has been a part of most of major filming projects in the state of Qatar. The Company is involved in renting of Equipment, Crew and Production services to almost all National and International Film Crews filming in Qatar
