Cosa ti è piaciuto di più durante la tua collaborazione?Really, not much. She was one of a few agents that reached out to me simultaneously for an event. She got my business since she responded first to the queries. But after almost 3 weeks, there was deal for the event. She asked no questions, did not keep me informed, Was slow to respond and worked at the most transactional level. I kept my time open, needed to change flights from another enegagement and now have a late fee to pay because I was holding my time open for the event. So, I enjoyed nothing about this collaboration.

Ci sono aree di miglioramento?Everything: to be a successful agent, she needs to respond to emails on a timely basis, actually read emails and respond to the content with options, avoid long silences, stop saying an event is moving forward when the contract goes to someone else, be proactive as a representative and sales person. Seemed from my perspective as an order taker with no interest. Wish I went with one of the other agencies. At least I would have received honest information.
