I nostri clienti hanno solitamente sostanza e ambizione. Ciò di cui hanno bisogno è qualcuno esterno all’azienda che trasformi tutto questo in una direzione chiara, con una storia che le persone possano seguire. Le nuove iniziative si rivolgono a noi per costruire le proprie fondamenta, dal nome a una chiara idea di chi sono. Le aziende consolidate ci cercano per perfezionare ciò che hanno costruito, così che i loro designer e i team social abbiano finalmente una base solida da cui partire. Lavoriamo in diversi settori e, sebbene Doha sia la nostra casa, i clienti possono trovarsi ovunque. I progetti iniziano con una call iniziale e con tutto il materiale già disponibile. Il lavoro strategico viene svolto in autonomia, senza settimane di workshop, e ciò che consegniamo è pronto per essere messo in pratica. La strategia si fonda su competenze di business e marketing ed è pensata per funzionare sul mercato. Rimane inoltre collegata all’esecuzione, coinvolgendo specialisti di fiducia ogni volta che un progetto lo richiede. I prezzi sono fissi e stabiliti in base all’ambito del progetto, mai a ore. Uno Sprint dura meno di due settimane, mentre un Deep Dive viene strutturato intorno al problema. Un budget più contenuto significa un ambito più ristretto, non un pensiero meno approfondito.
