User Testing We take care of the user testing scope, planning & preparation, the recruitment of the participants, and the online or in-person facilitation of the sessions. Smart packages We adjust the scope, tasks & workflow to your project's challenges We offer a flexible service package tailored to your needs without requiring a long-term commitment from your end. An extension of the scope is possible with our current pay-as-you-go rates or via upgrade to the corresponding subscription model- if available.
Subscriptions We adjust the scope, tasks & workflow to your repeated project's needs, eg. UX Management, User Testing, Design Support. We offer monthly or per sprint subscriptions with a minimum commitment of 3 months or sprints An extension of the scope is possible with our current pay-as-you-go rates.
Dedicated experts We allocate our experts to your existing team on an individual basis according to your current scope and needs. We offer flexible & adaptable remote or on-site allocation & workflow with a minimum commitment of 3 months or sprints on a pre-defined hourly or daily rate depending on seniority. This service is an excellent solution for existing teams with diverse challenges in need of extra help to enhance their capacity.
Dedicated teams We bring our experts together and build a dedicated, multidisciplinary team for your project or organization. We offer flexible & adaptable remote or on-site allocation & workflow with a minimum commitment of 6 months or sprints on a pre-defined hourly or daily rate depending on team size, team members' seniority, and commitment timeframe. This service is an excellent solution for organizations without an existing UX team in place or for organizations with a new project in the pipeline, but with no capacity of the internal team.
Pay-As-You-Go Pre-defined hourly or daily rate ranging from €100-€200 per hour depending on the project's needs and requirements & seniority of resource allocated. We offer flexible & adaptable remote or on-site allocation. Usually, the most suitable solution to extend the services & deliverables of our packages & subscriptions without a minimum commitment. This option is also an excellent fit for projects with unclear scope and requirements. When not combined with one of our packages or subscriptions, our minimum project cost of € 5,000 applies.

They’re very nice and often do more than what they were tasked to do. We’ve used notallbad. for several projects, and have had a really good experience. They had a full understanding of all the iterations, and I really appreciated the way they approached obstacles. They have a user-centric way of thinking about features, which was really useful. The team of notallbad. considers users first, conducting interviews to develop a quality product and create solutions to challenges. They know exactly what to do within the agile working style. They master our Trello Kanban board and skills matrix. Unlike some of their competitors, they’re efficient with agile methodology, lean UX and diverse toolsets, which is a big advantage.
