In haca.studio siamo un'agenzia di eventi strategica che supporta le istituzioni UE, le associazioni e le ONG nella progettazione, realizzazione e amplificazione di eventi istituzionali di alto profilo. Con sede a Bruxelles e attivi in tutta Europa, lavoriamo con organizzazioni che operano in ambienti politici, normativi e di stakeholder complessi, dove gli eventi non sono solo momenti logistici, ma strumenti strategici per il processo decisionale, l'allineamento, la comunicazione e l'impatto. Supportiamo l'intero ciclo di vita dell'evento, combinando audit di eventi, consulenza per eventi e coaching per eventi con gestione di eventi, marketing di eventi e comunicazione di eventi. Il nostro lavoro inizia a monte, aiutando i clienti a chiarire gli obiettivi, definire i criteri di successo, valutare i rischi, selezionare i formati giusti e strutturare agende che supportino gli obiettivi istituzionali.
