The front-end interface is intentionally simple and user-friendly, while the back office allows us to manage client accounts, user access, and track activity. A key technical challenge they successfully overcame was the automated generation of large DOCX reports, dynamically built from structured data and including charts, maps, and other graphical representations.

Their ability to suggest relevant and efficient approaches has been a real asset throughout the collaboration. We are also very satisfied with the way the maintenance and support is handled : the time spent on each task is tracked with transparency and billed accurately based on actual time worked.
