StoriaWe are Stormtec, founded in 2019 and rooted in Switzerland. From day one we set out to close the gap between secure architecture and pragmatic software delivery. Our colleagues came together around two convictions: security must be usable, and Java teams deserve senior technical leadership that understands both code and risk. We started solving concrete problems — securing deployments, advising on cloud hardening, and embedding experienced Java tech leads into delivery teams. That hands-on work taught us how to translate security principles into daily development practices. Today we still roll up our sleeves: pairing with engineering teams, mentoring developers, and designing security that fits real-world projects rather than slowing them down.
