SociiLabs delivered under serious pressure without cutting corners. I was actively fundraising and demoing to investors throughout this entire project — "it's not done yet" was not an option I could put on a pitch deck slide. They understood that and operated accordingly. They hit both the MVP deadline and the full v1.0 launch on aggressive timelines. When I needed something ready for an investor demo, it was ready. When scope evolved (as it always does with a startup), they adapted without dropping the ball on quality or timeline. Communication was proactive and transparent. I never had to chase them down for updates — they kept me in the loop on progress and flagged potential issues early rather than surprising me with problems at the finish line. For a non-technical founder running on Replit code, that level of clarity and responsiveness was exactly what I needed. I had built a Replit prototype for my startup — the kind that crashes every third click and is held together with duct tape and prayers. I knew the concept worked, but I also knew I was in way over my head when it came to turning it into something real users could actually pay for and use. SociiLabs audited the broken prototype, designed a scalable system architecture, and rebuilt the entire foundation from scratch. They moved from fragile prototype code to a production-grade Node.js/Express backend with a React frontend, PostgreSQL database, proper authentication and authorization, state management, and a CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment. Everything was deployed on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) with Docker and GitHub Actions. Key deliverables included: a scalable MVP that proved the business model, a feature-complete v1.0 for public launch, a responsive web frontend, core user authentication for users/service providers/support staff, and ongoing production environment monitoring and maintenance.
