Rozenama è una piattaforma di e-commerce irachena che offre ai commercianti un negozio online completo e un sistema di gestione degli ordini completo in un unico posto, senza alcun lavoro di sviluppo e senza alcuna competenza tecnica richiesta. La piattaforma è stata costruita pensando a come funziona realmente il commercio in Iraq. La maggior parte dei commercianti iracheni vende tramite Instagram, WhatsApp e Facebook e gestisce gli ordini in quaderni, screenshot e thread di chat. Rozenama sostituisce tutto ciò con un'unica dashboard: un negozio online arabo personalizzato, il monitoraggio degli ordini dalla conferma alla consegna, l'inventario per prodotto, l'integrazione con le società di consegna irachene e i gateway di pagamento locali, e analisi suddivise per governatorato, cliente e prodotto. I needed a real store where customers could see my full range in one place and order without messaging me first, plus a way to keep track of stock and orders instead of doing it by hand.
Cosa ti è piaciuto di più durante la tua collaborazione?The setup was quick and I did not need any technical background. They moved my whole catalogue over and organised it into categories, and the support team answers in Arabic when I need something. Managing orders and stock from one dashboard saved me the most time.
Ci sono aree di miglioramento?I would like a custom domain instead of a subdomain, and better visibility in Google search for my product pages.
