We worked with Opklopper on the development and optimization of our Shopify webshop for Heart Essence Sisters, a D2C and B2B brand focused on premium cacao products and conscious rituals. From the start, the team understood that our webshop needed to do more than just look good. It had to clearly explain our products, create trust, support conversion and make the ordering process as smooth as possible for both consumers and professional customers. Opklopper helped us think through the full Shopify setup: product pages, navigation, content structure, UX, CRO, delivery information, checkout flow and how customers experience the brand from first visit to order confirmation. They also paid attention to practical details such as delivery times, product information, mobile usability and making the store easy for us to manage ourselves.
