Our senior digital experts are involved in change programs for medium and large technology firms and enterprises. With intensive training programs and 1-1 coaching, we aim to achieve user-centric digitale excellence for their organization. As trainers we help product teams, designers and managers to adopt design thinking, agile UX and research & UX design tactics, processes and tools for their daily practice. For benchmarking the current state, we start with a UX Maturity assessment and screen personal and team capabilities that need to be further developed. For training and coaching we follow 'learning by doing' techniques and coaching methodologies. Expect high energy, a practical approach and measurable impact.
