ROCKSHOP

What?
A bootcamp to align the innovation program and team with your innovation strategy.

How?
Ideas are great, but which ideas will actually make a difference. During this session, we identify the right selection criteria and KPIs for each stage of the innovation funnel.

Outcome:
A straight-to-the-point, actionable document to continue your innovation funnel.

INNOVATION PROGRAM

How?
A full 8 to 24 weeks program that follows the same milestones of a real start up: problem fit, solution fit, market fit and traction. On top the people will be immersed in and inspired by the startup world.

What?
Grow innovative solutions from the ground up and enter new markets with a new Business Model, prototype a MVP. Finally, launch of a pilot and get traction.

Outcome
Have a startup with an MVP, market traction and a growth plan to continue.

DESIGN SPRINT

HOW?
3to5-days process for answering critical business questions through sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas with real customers on the last day.

What?
Spark innovation, encourage user-centered thinking, align a team with a shared vision, and get it all tested in record time.

Outcome:
Have a prototype and customer reactions, before making any expensive commitments.
