Oltre 100 specialisti. 13 anni di attività. Tasso di fidelizzazione dei clienti del 70%.

Qual era l'obiettivo dietro la collaborazione? We needed a centralized client portal that would give our clients real-time access to their campaign data while reducing the amount of manual reporting and routine communication handled by our account managers. Mind Studios designed and developed the platform, including UX/UI, backend architecture, AI-powered reporting, and integrations with our existing marketing tools.

The discovery process stood out the most. The Mind Studios team took the time to understand our actual workflows, tools, and day-to-day challenges before moving into development. Communication was transparent and responsive throughout the project, milestones were delivered on time, and the team adapted quickly when our requirements changed.

Ci sono aree di miglioramento?Nothing significant comes to mind. The project ran smoothly, and we were happy with the final result.

Qual era l'obiettivo dietro la collaborazione? We partnered with Mind Studios on a logistics mobile application for one of our clients. Our team was responsible for the backend architecture and infrastructure, while Mind Studios took ownership of the frontend development and worked closely with our AI specialists on the product’s AI-powered features.

What stood out most was how seamlessly our teams worked together. Mind Studios acted as a genuine development partner rather than a subcontractor - they took full ownership of their scope, communicated clearly, flagged potential issues early, and always came back with specific solutions. The collaboration felt like working as one unified delivery team.

Ci sono aree di miglioramento?Nothing significant. The project ran smoothly, milestones were delivered on time, and the collaboration met our expectations at every stage.
