WE ARE HAPPY is an Italian Tech Agency specialized in the creation of digital and virtual 3D images and contents for the communication industry. Through the development of an innovative pipeline, we create audio and video contents, interactive experiences or static images using a unique and shared production workflow. This allows us to always reach high quality visual standards in the shortest time possible, without affecting the flexibility that requires a deep and structured creative process. Previous experience in all fields of digital communication helped us to develop a great understandings of the traditional softwares, technology and working methods from which we know all the benefits, but also their limits. It is because of these limits that we started investing in research and development to identify new solutions and manipulate them, in order to improve our efficiency and processes. Since 2017 We Are Happy has moved from the traditional pipeline based on offline rendering, to a pipeline that fully exploits the potential of Real-Time rendering. Through the use of software such as Unreal Engine 4, we have created a system that can satisfy all the needs of our customers, achieving the goal in an incredible fast and flexible way. The singularity of our working method has granted us to become part of the Developers Program of Epic Games (owner of Unreal Engine software) certifying We Are Happy as an agency at the forefront of technological evolution and facing the future of communication. We Are Happy is structured in three macro areas: Agency: we are able to deal independently with the production of digital content by supervising the project at every stage, from the creative side through production and post production up, to distribution. Research and Development: The core of We Are Happy is the continuous research for new solutions to expand its knowledge in the technological and creative field, investing daily in the development of tools at the service of creatives, clients and organizations. Training: We Are Happy teaches its revolutionary method. Two thirds of We Are Happy's team are lecturers in the most important design and creative schools in northern Italy. In this perspective we are capable to develop tailored courses to train professionals or departments of the companies that we cooperate with. Three solid entities than travel in parallel, but sometimes can cross and feed each other. Being part of a new project which involves our pipeline allows us to develop ad hoc solutions for specific requests . While we teach our method, we are both producing and running targeted research and development on the project. Agency, R&D and Training.
