Delightful experiences, driven by creativity Who we are, in short Koek is a creative digital agency. We help our clients to improve their digital performance, both internal and external, with a dynamic combination of high tech and human touch. Our agile customer centric way of working results in fascinating web apps with great user experience. Our expertise Our core is all about UX design and progressive web app development. Complemented with brand strategy, online marketing, analytics, graphic design and content creation, we are able to deliver and constantly improve compelling and engaging interfaces.  How we do this Design thinking / User-centered design "Start from the user's experience and work your way back to technology" (Steve Jobs, 2013). Our design thinking process is based on this vision and works accordingly. We are constantly analysing, testing and redesigning our work to map users’ needs. These insights allow us to move fast forward through rapid prototyping. Strong engagement Because we believe challenges are best solved when different experts and specialists collaborate, we initiate and facilitate engagement, working closely together with clients and their end-users. Continuous development A product is never final, so we keep improving based on users wishes and feedback, business needs, market developments and technical innovations. Our creative sessions With dynamic discovery sessions and hackathons we stimulate co-creation and creativity. These multiple day workshops are specially arranged to find new opportunities and define tangible deliverables within just a few days. What we love to deliver and why We prefer to create Progressive Web Apps (PWA’s) instead of more regular websites. Why? 1 PWA's are significantly faster than regular websites. 2 Users don’t have to install apps anymore on Android, iOS or Desktop, because you can open them from any internet browser on any device. 3 PWA's are indexable by search engines which isn't possible in app stores. Therefore they are easier to find by the users. 4 A PWA offers the same experience as a native app, like adding to the home screen and using sensors, camera's and push notifications. 5 PWA's have proven to add value and create business impact, for example by decreasing bounce rates and increasing re-engagement. Relevant services only We have divided all of our service in what we call "building blocks". We do this by developing a brandbook which brings consistency and ease for marketing teams.
