StoriaWe founded Icosys in Fribourg in 2013 because we believed engineering should answer real societal complexity, not just technical specifications. From our first sketches on a borrowed whiteboard, we set out to design systems that hold together under changing conditions — socially, environmentally and technically. Our small, interdisciplinary team learned quickly that complexity demands humility, clear interfaces and close collaboration with stakeholders.
