StoriaWe started I Opener in 2019 in Männedorf because we were tired of one-size-fits-all answers to workplace change. As a small, focused team we listen first: to the tensions between leaders and teams, to the hesitation around remote and hybrid work, and to the hunger for learning that actually sticks. Our days are spent translating big ideas—New Work and New Learning—into practical steps that reshape corporate culture. We love getting on stage as much as we love rolling up our sleeves in a classroom or workshop. That mix of speaking and hands-on teaching keeps our work human, honest and immediately useful. Every engagement reminds us why we chose the boutique path: impact over scale.
