Starting as a small production outfit, we learned fast how to meet the exacting standards of Germany's major broadcasting groups—tight editorial work, dependable schedules and flexible crews. Today our core team of 40 permanent colleagues works alongside a wide network of freelance specialists; that mix lets us scale quickly while keeping editorial quality high. We've navigated changes in technology and viewer habits, but our drive hasn't changed: to tell fact-based stories with clarity and trust.
