StoriaWe’ve been building Ekito from Toulouse since 2005, helping industry leaders and startups improve, design better and accelerate their tech projects. As a team of technologists who think like founders, we deliberately make time for experimentation, sharing and contributing to knowledge. Early on we learned that speed without learning wastes effort — so we embedded rapid prototyping, empathy and a playful mindset into how we work. Today we balance disciplined engineering with curiosity: prototype, fail fast, learn, iterate. Working in a fair organisation and ecosystem isn’t a slogan for us; it’s how we recruit, collaborate and measure meaningful success.
