Divine Solutions è uno studio di software e IA di Svetvinčenat, nel centro dell’Istria, in Croazia. Dal 2025 progettiamo e sviluppiamo software su cui le aziende fanno affidamento ogni giorno lavorativo: applicazioni aziendali su misura, app web e mobile, negozi online collegati a un ERP e agenti di IA che sollevano le persone dalle attività ripetitive. La maggior parte delle aziende che incontriamo possiede già i dati di cui ha bisogno. Si trovano in un ERP, un CRM, una casella di posta o una serie di fogli di calcolo. Il nostro progetto tipico aggiunge a questi sistemi un livello di IA: un assistente che risponde in linguaggio semplice alle domande su scorte, ordini o fatture, un report pronto ogni mattina o un agente che ordina le richieste in arrivo e prepara le risposte. Ci colleghiamo ai sistemi che un’azienda già utilizza invece di chiederle di sostituirli. Per il servizio clienti realizziamo chatbot e agenti vocali. Un agente vocale risponde al telefono, comprende chi chiama e risponde nella sua lingua, che sia il croato, l’inglese o quasi qualsiasi altra lingua. Poi prenota un appuntamento oppure trasferisce la chiamata a una persona insieme a un breve riepilogo. Oltre al lavoro per i clienti, sviluppiamo e gestiamo tre prodotti proprietari: CallVista, un agente vocale di IA per i call center; AdReady, una piattaforma che trasforma le linee guida del brand in varianti di banner e le accompagna dall’approvazione alla pubblicazione; e Business Booster, che riunisce comunicazione, attività, dati ERP e analisi in un unico luogo. Come lavoriamo: la prima chiamata è gratuita. Esaminiamo prima il processo e i dati, concordiamo l’ambito e un prezzo indicativo, e una prima versione funzionante è solitamente pronta entro quattro-otto settimane. Le applicazioni che sviluppiamo e gestiamo funzionano su server nell’Unione Europea, e i requisiti del GDPR e dell’AI Act dell’UE fanno parte del piano fin dal primo giorno.
