Lavoriamo con un solo tipo di cliente. Imprese edili, cliniche, studi legali, agenti e aziende di dispatch sono attività molto diverse, ma conquistano clienti nello stesso modo: una persona nelle vicinanze ha un problema, cerca online, apre alcune schede e contatta chi le rende più semplice prendere una decisione. Tutto ciò che realizziamo è pensato per quel momento. Un sito web è un progetto una tantum, realizzato con WordPress e sul dominio del cliente. Il cliente ne è proprietario e gli consegniamo il sito e i testi scritti per esso. L’hosting è separato, così nessuno è vincolato a noi tramite il proprio sito web. We start with the jobs you actually want more of, because a site built to win emergency callouts looks different from one built to win planned installs. Then we build the pages that answer what a customer checks before getting in touch: what you do, where you cover, what finished work looks like, and why you rather than the two other tabs they have open. Every build is mobile first and tested for speed, because most of these searches happen on a phone, often outdoors and often in a hurry. Service pages, service area pages and the enquiry form go where people look for them rather than where they happen to fit the layout. You get the finished site, the copy written for it, and the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read to describe your business correctly. So the work starts with how that person chooses: what they need to see first, what they check before they trust you, and what stops them from getting in touch. From there we set the structure. What sits at the top of each page, how someone moves from landing on a service page to contacting you, where proof of past work belongs, how the form is laid out and how short it can be before it stops being useful to you. Then the interface itself, designed to be read quickly on a small screen in bad light. If you already have a site, this can be a redesign of the pages that matter rather than the whole thing. Usually that is the home page, the top service pages and the contact flow, since those carry most of the decisions. You get the designs and you own them.
