Hyundai needed an agency that was prepared to move at our pace and support us along the way. Construction works very differently to FMCG, and we wanted an agency that respected our industry and internal/dealer network challenges. Dark Horse spoke to us in a way we could easily grasp and learn from - sometimes agencies put themselves way 'above' the client, baffle you with terminology and so you end up beholden to them. There was clearly a lot of talent in the team, but we felt considered and respected when meeting them. We've worked closely on promoting Finance Deals and have seen a massive uplift in Quote Requests to our dealer network. Crucially, the quality has also been good, meaning machine sales incoming!
