We design and build new eCommerce websites and improve existing ones on Shopify, WooCommerce and headless eCommerce such as ReadyCMS. Work can include migrations, checkout, product and variant logic, custom functionality, performance, payments, shipping and integrations with ERP, PIM or other business systems. Before choosing an approach, we look at what the business already runs, which systems own the important data and what the team needs to manage after launch. One project may fit Shopify well. Another may need WooCommerce or a headless setup. [ The platform follows the problem. ] We do not force one stack onto every project. The implementation should fit the business, the surrounding systems and the way the team actually works. Integrations & Technical Commerce We connect eCommerce websites with the systems that manage products, stock, orders, customers, payments and operations. Typical work includes ERP and PIM integrations, payment gateways, shipping providers, APIs, webhooks and custom middleware when a standard connector does not cover the requirement. Before development starts, we define which system owns each type of data, when updates should happen and what should happen when a sync fails. For example, price may come from the ERP while product attributes come from the PIM. [ Decide who owns the data first. ] Clear ownership makes integration errors easier to trace and reduces the risk of two systems overwriting each other.

We work on the technical and structural parts of eCommerce SEO: indexation, faceted navigation, internal linking, category structure, product-page visibility, migrations, structured data and the relationship between search demand and the way products are organised. SEO recommendations often involve more than content. A crawl problem may need development. A weak category may need UX changes. Product visibility may depend on product data or internal linking. [ Search traffic needs the right destination. ] We focus on making important products and categories easier to discover and understand, without chasing traffic that has little commercial value.

We manage paid acquisition for eCommerce through Google Ads and, where it fits the business, paid social. Work can include Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, product feeds, conversion tracking, campaign structure and the pages campaigns send traffic to. Campaign settings are only part of the picture. Incorrect tracking, weak product data, slow pages, unclear offers or checkout friction can limit performance even when the account is well configured. [ Better ads cannot fix every eCommerce problem. ] We look at acquisition together with what happens after the click. We do not promise a fixed ROAS or apply the same channel mix to every client.
