The work starts with understanding the business, its customers, what has changed and where the real problem lies. Depending on the situation, that can involve stakeholder conversations, user and competitor research, analytics, UX review and examining the existing website or product. The outcome is clarity: what matters, what needs to change, what doesn’t, and what should happen next. Where useful, I can stay involved to turn that direction into practical improvements rather than handing over a strategy deck and disappearing.
